Internet Income Summit

I spent the weekend at the InternetIncomeSummit.com in Santa Clara. I know it doesn’t fit in with my normal postings that are more about the Law of Attraction and conscious living. Yet, as I was listening to the impressive line up of speakers and realized they were promoting the intent to release the audience from the chains that bind them from being employed. When one speaker told us they went from zero to $6,000 a month, it dawned on me that they were referring to the Law of Attraction.
The event sponsor, Srini Saripalli is a blog expert in his own right and hosts several Meetup groups around the Silicon Valley. He managed to bring in speakers, although not well known names for the general public, are well established in the world of 2.0 and marketing.
I was pleasantly surprised to hear Jerry Clark’s story about how he came from such humble beginnings to being about to send his mother who still works for $40,000 a year, $50,000 a month. He started out by listening to motivational tapes and changed his perspective on his ability to Create his Own Reality ala the Law of Attraction.
One of the true surprises was Gary Spirer who professes that true business is conducted face-to-face. The reason I enjoyed this declaration is it coincides with my core belief of people enjoy doing business with those they know, like and trust (I know it’s an old adage, but nevertheless, true even today).
